www. polonapotocnikjewellerysalon.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Polona Potočnik Jewellery Salon, a company based in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the Site.
Polona Potočnik Jewellery Salon reserves the right to change or modify all or any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications shall be deemed effective immediately upon posting the revisions on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the Site.
PRICING
Prices on the Site are displayed in EUROS (€) and are not inclusive of taxes. In accordance with the Canary Islands’ IGIC (VAT) Law, products sold by Polona Potočnik Jewellery Salon are subject to the standard 7% sales tax (IGIC), except for those that are shipped internationally as taxes will be charged by the country of import.
While we make every effort to ensure the correct display and communication of prices on our Site, and through chat, email and telephone, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors if and when they occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you with the revised price and give you the option of either cancelling the order or paying the difference if the revised price is higher. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

ELEGIBILITY
TO PURCHASE
To place an order with Polona Potočnik Jewellery Salon you will be required to provide personal details such as your real name, email address, telephone number as well as any other information that is requested from you. Additionally, you will be required to provide valid payment information that you attest is your own. Payment information should match the billing name. For security purposes, Polona Potočnik Jewellery Salon may request additional documentation such as a copy of your ID, passport or credit card.
ORDERS AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
While we have ready-made jewellery and samples for viewing at our showroom, most of our products are made-to-order and will be tailored to each customer’s individual requirements. Upon confirming an order, it takes us approximately 15 days to manufacture a product; however, this depends on the complexity of the design. These time frames do not factor in shipping. Please review our Shipping Policy for information on domestic and international shipping.
All products listed on our Site show an estimated delivery date, however, this is not a guarantee. If you require a product before the listed delivery date, please contact us to see if it qualifies for expedite production.
INFORMATION
ON OUR SITE
At Polona Potočnik Jewellery Salon we make a significant effort to ensure that all product information on our Site is as accurate as possible. Nevertheless, as our Site adapts to your screen size, products may sometimes appear larger or smaller than their actual size. The capabilities of your device can also affect the colours that you see on your screen which may result in slight colour variations. Due to the reasons above, we cannot guarantee that any product(s) displayed on your device will be accurate in size, colour, texture or detail.
The listed dimensions and measurements on all our product line is based on manufacturing specifications and may vary slightly. For instances where diamonds are listed as an average colour and clarity, there could be stones that are +/- 1 in colour and/or clarity grade. The total carat weight listed for products with multiple diamonds may vary 0.05 carats from the stated carat weight.
The Site and all content and other materials, including, without limitation, the Polona Potočnik Jewellery Salon logo, and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, selection, coordination, 'look and feel', information, data, software, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the "Site Materials") are the proprietary property of Polona Potočnik Jewellery Salon or its licensors or users and are protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

CUSTOM DESIGNS
The customer claims no rights to the design(s) or derived works by placing an order with us. You hereby grant discretion to Polona Potočnik Jewellery Salon to use the design(s) and/or derived works as sees fit. This may be but not limited to: Advertising, Selling, and listing on our website.
